家香豆油肉

500g pork belly with skin
1 head garlic
800ml water

2tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
1/4 slat

1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok to saute garlic over low heat until fragrant. put in pork stir fry until colour
    changes.

2. add seasoning ,water simmer it over for 30-40 mins or until the sauce is almost thick.
