Whole Cabbage Kim- chic


Ingredients:

Chinese Cabbages: 2 Head (1500 kg to 2000kgs)

Coarse Salt: 100g

Korean Preserved Prawns (shrimps): 60g

Chilly Powder: 45g

Onion: 100g

Salt: ½ Tbsp

Sugar: 2 Tbsp

Garlic: 10 Cloves

Ginger: 15g

White Radish: 1 Medium

Carrot: 1 small

Spring Onions: 40g (green Part)


Sprinkling cabbage with coarse salt and sit for 3 hours. Rinse and drain well.

Process preserved prawns with chilly powder, onion, salt, sugar, garlic and ginger   blend into paste. Mix well with radish and carrot spring onions.     

Pack mixture between leaves of wilted cabbage. place cabbage into glass jar. pack into warmer bag store in refrigerating for two day. Unpack and store in refrigerating again. Ready to serve.     

White radish and carrot wash with salt and drain well.
